「おはようハイキング」 8時～11時
土曜日、日曜日の朝8時から約3時間、振袖山でハイキング講習会を開催しています。
楽な山の歩き方やザックの担ぎ方、ストックワーク等を一緒に山を登りながら練習します。
山歩きは老若男女問わず楽しめるスポーツですが、事故のリスクは低くありません。繰り返しの練習で楽々ハイキング術を身に付けて安全快適登山を楽しんでみませんか？
ハイキングを始めてみたい方、山に登っているがもっと楽に歩きたい方、ハイキングの基本を学びたい方にGankoDadが親切丁寧、熱く講習させていただきます。
開催場所：振袖山
集合場所：高岳神社駐車場
出発時間：午前8時
終了時間：午前11時予定
講習料：2000円(保険料含)
持ち物：日帰りハイキングができる装備
定員：5名限定 ※要予約※

「おはハイ・ランチ」 10時～14時
楽な山の歩き方やザックの担ぎ方、ストックワークなどを一緒に山を登りながら練習します。
高岳神社駐車場を10時にスタートして、講習をしながら西のピーク・東屋にてランチミーティングをします。
山ごはんを作られるのも良し、お弁当持参、コンビニおにぎりも良し、各自、おもいおもいのお昼ご飯を食べながら、山のお話、道具のお話、山でのお困りのご相談等の情報交換の場になればと思います。もちろん、のんびり過ごすのもありです。

「たかみくらBASEハイキング」 8時20分～11時20分
高御位山の馬の背コースを一緒に歩きながら、ハイキング講習をさせていただきます。参加者多数の場合、全ての参加者の方の講習はできません事、ご了承願います。
下山後、敬神堂さんにて「おかげ餅」or「黄金パン」のサービスがあります。(15時迄)

出発時間：午前8時20分
終了時間：午前11時20分予定
講習料：500円(保険料、おやつ込み)
持ち物：日帰りハイキングができる装備

持ち物：日帰りハイキングができる装備

ザックのお悩み、登山靴のお悩み、ストックのお悩み等々、登山、ハイキングでのお悩み事に登山・ハイキング用品専門店営業30年のGankoDadが知識・経験に基づいて回答＆解決策をご提案します。
お使いの登山道具をお持ちいただいて、その登山道具の特性からフィッティング、使用方法までをアドバイスをさせていただきます。(登山靴はキレイな状態でお願いします）
お持ちいただいた登山道具だけでなく、登山道具の基本的なお話しや歩き方等も講習させていただきますので約2時間が必要になります。時間に余裕を持ったご予約をお願いします。
